Conditional processing

Processing can be conditional:

<xsl:if test="expression"> ... </...>
apply template if expression (coerced to boolean) evaluates to true
<xsl:choose> <xsl:when test="expression"> ... </...> ... <xsl:otherwise> ... </...> </...>
test conditions in turn, apply template for the first that is true

Example:

<xsl:template match="nutrition"> <xsl:if test="@alcohol"> <td align="right"><xsl:value-of select="@alcohol"/>%</td> </xsl:if> </xsl:template>
